Assisting another employee with troubleshooting a press.

The employee was trying to close the press mold. The press stopped mid way from closing. The employee noticed the flashlight another employee was using was still magneticallt attached to the mold. He released the pressure on the flashlight when reopening the mold. The employee picked up the flashlight to hand it to the other employee at the time the end of the flashlight exploded.

Slight redness and bruising to the right palm of hand. With numbness to pinky.

End of flashlight.
