Responding to a call

[REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Patient was asked to give home medications to RN and she refused. The house supervisor tried to retrieve the bag of medications and patient became combative. Myself and few of the nurses on the unit had to restrain patient in order to retrieve medications. Discoloration to the L side of the face and slight swelling under the L eye she also had broke my glasses due to multiple closed fist hits. There is also a small bruise to my Right inner bicep a small fingernail scratch to R forearm
