What happened
Employee was standing on the rear of a lowboy trailer to verify position of the tracks of a dozer and was also the visual ground guide for the dozer driver the transfer of weight from the movement of the dozer from the ground to the lowboy trailer caused the lowboy to bounce causing the employee to lose balance and fall off the rear of the lowboy trailer and contact the ground below.
