Before the incident

What happened
Employee was outside for around 2 hours and started feeling nauseous. Employee then went to the locker room of the aquatic center to cool off. Employee continued to feel nauseous and dizzy and went into managers office to lay down. Employee was lightheaded looked pale and vomited once. EMS was called by the pool manager. An ambulance took the employee to a local hospital.
