What happened
[REDACTED] had an accident with a tool falling on his left 4th finger and he was bleeding from it. I made my way to see him and found him on the break room holding his hand and I could see blood coming out of his finger. I got some PPE and performed first aid. When I looked at the finger after cleaning it I saw some lacerations on the middle part. I controlled the bleeding while [REDACTED] my team lead was on the phone with [REDACTED] to request permission to take him to the doctor
