DA was making deliveries per usual but had been experiencing pain in his knee for the past few days until one day his knee became extremely painful
What happened
DA had been feeling some pain in his knee and kept pushing through for the [REDACTED] until he was in so much pain he couldnt even get in his own vehicle at which we then reported and documented the claim. DA went from an EDV van that was easy to get in and out of into a gas van with no side step and needing more pressure on the body causing more tension on [REDACTED] knees
