[REDACTED] was near the steal band 1A and between the back wall when her feet got tangle on the plastic coming from the ceiling down to the floor and fell on her right-side shoulder. On the way down to the floor she caught herself and hurt her hand and her shoulder hit the ladder. She also noted that there was water on the floor coming from the steal band due to a broken gasket on the 1A side.
