Going up and down the Bagger ladder

EE was descending from the upper level of the bagger area in the grindline. When they reached the 2nd rung from the bottom the EE felt a pop and a shooting pain travel up thein left leg to their hip area. EE states that it hurts to put pressure onto their foot we brought them to the office and had them remove their boot and we noticed their ankle was severely swollen. we elevated the ankle and applied ice.
