What happened
While assembling a belt in Nap room associate had the conveyor belt raised and was placing Delrin pieces under it. The latch to hold the belt up wasn’t fully engaged and released the metal frame pieces back into place. The associate 's finger was pinched between the metal frame and the Delrin material causing a laceration that required five stitches.
