[REDACTED] was sorting fruit in elevator #3 when she received a box without a tray and she had to remove it from the line. When she picked up the box she twisted her whole body to the left to place the box down on the table. She then felt a pull in her back on the lower left part. She continued to work and thought the pain would pass. Later she received more boxes and tried to remove them from the line and felt more pain. She then reported it.
