Employee was on his lunch break when gust of wind blew debris into his left eye where he began to rub his eye and then went to rinse out his eye the hand wash station which contains bleach for sanitation proposes which was then rinsed out by the acting foreman but sensation of molestation persisted and was taken to the doctor for checkup.
