Before the incident
EE was preparing to cut a 4 lube oil tube for Craft 116 and was measuring the compartment on the craft prior to the cut.
What happened
EE was working on a 4 lube oil tube for [REDACTED] 116. The employee put the tube on his right shoulder placed his right hand inside of the tube and began walking with it to the chop saw to cut it to the correct measurement. Once he got to the area where the chop saw was located he pulled his right hand out of the tube to set it down and cut it on the sharp edge.
