What happened
Employee was using saw to dislodge 3 conduit from a bind on the downstream side of the sawsall on line 8. The pipe folded at odd angle. The employee bent down to place the sawsall on the floor to maneuver the pipe. As he stood up the pipe popped loose swung back hitting the employee in the face
