attempting to move the waste conveyor out from the back side of the optical sorter in order to trouble shoot an issue.

[REDACTED] As right hand was resting on the edge of the conveyor frame while he was attempting to move some wires with his left hand when Employee B pushed on the conveyor to try to help the situation. The incline conveyor is on wheels and when it was moved one of the wheels fell into the hole that is used to collect waste. This caused the entire conveyor to suddenly shift and pinched Employee As fingers hand between the conveyor frame and the optical sorter frame. Employee A went to Job Care for medical treatment for multiple cuts on hand fingers.
