EE was inside the hull trying to troubleshoot alignment issues with the bulkhead.

EE was working with three other team members to install the forward bulkhead of the [REDACTED] on the production floor. While attempting to install the bulkhead between the sidewalls and into the floor channels it became stuck since the sidewalls were bowed outward. One employee went inside of the hull to troubleshoot the issue and give the directions of adjustment. Concurrent to this another employee was on the outside of the hull using a rawhide hammer to strike against the plate to move it into place.
