What happened
Employee was doing a sliding board transfer from bed to wheelchair with therapy tech 's assistance. The wheelchair moved mid transfer resulting in employee and tech having to hold the patient and place patient back on side of the bed. They attempted the transfer again with the employee the tech and the spouse of the patient holding the chair in place. After completing the transfer the employee mediately began having increased lower back chest pain.
