Removing a stuck case from between PIT forks and pallet.
What happened
Employee was in pallet pick carrying a double stack. When the top pallet was removed there was a loose case stuck between the pallet and MHE forks. When attempting to remove the box his hand slipped and struck the bottom of the pallet causing a splinter to enter his right hand.
