What happened
Employee was working with thin cutting blade to remove material from the top surface to make a relief. Cutting blade was held in place with a magnet with the tip over the edge to help with conductivity. The employee then determined it was needed to move ground strap in the EDM tank closer to the workpiece to see if this would be more effective in the application. While reaching for the ground strap the employee came in contact with the tip of the cutting blade on their right inner forearm.
