Before the incident
Lifting skid out of racking with Reach Truck in ([REDACTED]). Decking came off as attempting to back out due to skid not raised high enough and catching the decking.
What happened
Employee got off Reach Truck and noticed decking came off past cross member. Attempted to place decking back in place. Got it level but adjacent decking was not straight. Employee attempted to push back in place. During process of getting it in place decking fell approximately 6 onto ring finger.
