What happened
[REDACTED] was in an excavation 4 ' deep and was prepping the pipe to fit a new valve in. the 6 valve rolled into the hole and hit him in the left knee and ankle. He reported it to his supervisor and the ATI rep was gone for the day (her last day). [REDACTED] said it wasn 't hurting that bad and went home for the day. [REDACTED] he came into work and told his supervisor his knee and foot area is swollen and sore so we sent him to [REDACTED] for evaluations.
