Had been working at machine for about 20 minutes prior. Heated sate to 400-600 degrees and then went to set a torch.
What happened
Employee was trying to cleat a clogged sate in [REDACTED]. He heated it to a high temp to liquified the clogged plastic.When that did not work he took a torch to which it caused the plastic to explode outward into his hand.
