Providing traffic control for a football game. Utilizing tactical bike team bicycle and protective equipment.

The employee attempted to jump over a curb while on his department bicycle. The front tire of his bicycle did not clear the curb causing him to fall forward off the handlebars falling onto the pavement.

Right thumb was hyper-extended causing bruising and swelling. Contusions and swelling on right and left shins. Minor laceration to left shin.
