Before the incident

Wearing a mask of the wrong make and fit for painting floors with a 2 part epoxy paint the mask did not keep all the fumes out for the 2 hours of painting. As the day and evening progressed so did the shortness of breath and pain in the chest. [REDACTED] the breathlessness and chest pain progressively have gotten worse. Went to doctor [REDACTED]
