Climbing ladder to clean decorator

Whilst working OT a team member was cleaning Deco 1. He was on a ladder cleaning and clearing cans from fortress between Deco 1 and Pin oven he was using a can hook to remove cans in that area. He fell from the ladder face down hitting on concrete on his forehead left side. He had a cut on his forehead and bleeding. He also hurt his left elbow and wrist.
