What happened
Injured employee came in the production office and said he was going home because he hurt his back at the bailer. We asked him when this happened and he said around [REDACTED]. He said he tried to push through but it hurt too much. I asked him what happened and he said that he was using the crane and went to pull the crane over and he felt something pull on his lower right side of his back
