Removing plate from the top side of Line 4 [REDACTED] ([REDACTED])

Teammate was removing plate on top of [REDACTED] IBO. He needed another socket. He turned around to go down the ladder and struck his right elbow on a latch resulting in an abrasion to his right elbow. Teammate had been followed up with the remainder of his shift and stated he was fine. [REDACTED] his elbow swelled and he decided to go to his local ER where fluid was drained from his elbow and he was prescribed antibiotics.
