.This driver called and reported that he tripped on the top of the tank didn’t fall to the ground and hyperextended his left knee. He is currently in [REDACTED] IN and is not seeking treatment tonight but is going to the ER when he gets back to where he parks in [REDACTED]. He declined me getting him treatment right now and stated he can make it back without assistance. I have not taken a full report from him yet so any additional information that you guys have would be appreciated.
