Before the incident
On [REDACTED] EE was dumping DE out of the drums into the STILL feed tank. They were pulling the chain to tilt the drums into the feed tank. They stated that they felt something on their right shoulder but did not think much about it at the time. They sent me a message at around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. They stated that the pain on her right shoulder was unbearable and needed to go to the ER. I contacted [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] stated that if they needed to go the ER they could go.
