What happened
At around [REDACTED] the employee identified a potential blockage in the pipeline that circulates oil from the fryer to the oil filter machine. To resolve this he first ensured the air line was closed and opened valve [REDACTED] which connects the fryer 's oil pipeline to the air line. He then proceeded to the main air valve [REDACTED] positioned in a safe area to clear any blockages by blowing air through the pipeline. After activating [REDACTED] the employee returned to [REDACTED] located near the fryer. The sequence of actions that followed is not entirely clear but it is believed that the employee left the air line pressurized. He then closed and then reopened the [REDACTED] valve which connects the pressurized air line to the fryer 's pipeline. Upon reopening [REDACTED]
