What happened
EE was helping the fab shop remove a shelving unit located in plant 3. EE was holding a horizontal bar with right hand while another EE held the other side and was pulling the pull pin at the same time. When the pull pin released from the vertical bar the horizontal bar rolled out of their hands striking EE 's left middle finger.
