Employee was moving a buggy with pouches to her line for inspection

When she pushed the buggy to her spot she pulled back on it so she could straighten it up. When she pulled it back some trays shifted back towards her and she lost her balance and started falling back.

Twisted right knee and she was trying to break her fall
