What happened
Maintenance Tech was working on a repair for Makino 126 for oil leakage. Tech was using a 1 2 drive ratchet with an Allen socket to break the bolt free his elbow was directly near close to the sheet metal. When the bolt broke free the techs elbow landed on top of the sheet meatal causing a deep laceration.
