What happened
EE was tasked with merchandising product at Food 4 Less #313. As usual EE loaded product onto their hand truck and began to wheel the product around as necessary. At approximately [REDACTED] EE placed about 10 cases onto the hand truck and was prepping to move the cases. EE put their right foot on back of dolly and went to wheel it when dolly felt too heavy. EE took some cases off the dolly and went around to move the dolly again. EE placed foot onto dolly again and lifted hand truck onto its wheels when doing this EE felt a pop in their back and immediately put hand truck down. EE immediately called supervisor and safety manager to report injury. EE refused briotix treatment and nurse hotline and wanted to go to clinic.
