What happened
The employee was moving around smaller plates that were underneath another big plate. The employee asked his coworker if the coworker could hold up the two smaller plates so that the employee could grab a plate. When the coworker grabbed the two small plates the big plate that the employee had stood up and leaned against the side of the red bin fell down landing on his left pinky finger.
