What happened
EE reports she was in the room talking with patient patient upset about the amount of insulin he was receiving. EE went to engage safety on side of table hitting it at a weird angle the needle went to fall and in reaction the EE caught the needle sticking herself in the right pointer finger. EE went to nurses station and washed area milked area and contacted house supervisor for post-exposure protocol.
