Before the incident
Worker attempted to arrest a fleeing suspect.
What happened
Worker attempted to pull the suspects (R) arm out from under their body while laying on the ground. Suspect resisted and the worker had to force the arm out and while doing so cut the top of (R) hand creating a quarter-sized open wound. Suspect was bleeding from the crash so their blood was all over the worker 's hand after the arrest was complete.
