What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE was marching [REDACTED] [REDACTED] as they normally do. After completing their usual duties the last thing they had left to do was to adjust the runner as required. The runner is the cases of beer in front of the coolers that run along the floor. In this particular [REDACTED] the cooler is separated into two halves one for AB and one for Harbor with the corresponding runner on in front of their product. EE noticed that Harbor’s runner was placed on AB’s side of cooler. To fix this EE had to move the product to the other side of the cooler to place AB’s runner in position. EE states there was roughly 7 double stacked cases of product that needed to be moved before they could finish their job. To move the cases EE thought it would be more efficient to try to slide cases their legs. They placed one leg on the long side of the case and one leg on the shorter side of the case and used some force to try to slide the cases across. They continued using more
