Had to contort to an uncomfortable position to reach bolts. After the task was done employee reported a very uncomfortable pull or strain in left infraspinatus or trapezius shoulder area. Offered light duty or time off to avoid exacerbating injury and employee took time off. Employee did not wish to visit urgent care as he felt it was non-serious and would resolve itself.
