Boards were being loaded onto the carriers. Locks were not engaged and PMC was moved forward by another employee. Board and cargo continued to move into the path of injured employee. Another employee yelled for the injured employee to move out of the way and injured employee stumbled backward falling and hitting his back head and hip.
