Employee was referred to neurology from 8.3.2022 injury. During neurological examination and testing on 3.29.2023 neurologist diagnosed employee with carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. Employee had follow-up appointment with NP at St Luke 's Occupational Health Clinic on 5.11.2023. NP reviewed neurology report and told employee that he was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Employee asked how someone develops carpal tunnel syndrome and was told age and your job.
