Employee had follow-up appointment with NP at St Luke 's Occupational Health Clinic on 5.11.2023. NP reviewed neurology report and told employee that he was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Employee asked how someone develops carpal tunnel syndrome and was told age and your job.
