Using hoist to install seat weight pack

Finger smash Testing Hoist Hook After installing a seat weight pack onto a test unit EE was putting the hoist out of the way. The EE hooked the hoist hook to the bottom of the jib arm. When the slack was taken out of the chain the EE 's left middle finger was crushed between the hook and the metal lip of the jib arm. First aid was given to mitigate bleeding and the EE was transported to the emergency room.
