What happened
Shoulder strain Internal Logistics lifting mower crate EE was removing mower crates from truck using forklift. The forklift could not get the bottom crates because the trailer was too low from the dock. EE manually lifted the crate and pulled it up on the dock and felt pain in their left shoulder.
