THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS USING THE OVERHEAD CRANE THIS EMPLOYEE WAS GUIDING THE BUNDLE WITH HIS LEFT ARM OVER HEAD WHEN IT BEGAN TO TILT HE REACHED UP TO STOP IT FROM FALLING ON A MACHINE AND HE FELT A STRAIN PAIN IN THE LEFT SHOULDER BOTH UNDER THE ARM AND ON TOP GOING UP THE NECK.
