What happened
EE was refilling hydrogen peroxide into kegs. EE heard fizzing and looked back and the keg exploded right before the keg already refilled in the filler unit #2 exploded Then room misted with chemical during which time EE breathed in the mist before promptly leaving the work area and getting into a chemical shower to get decontaminated. Later doctor visit informed us that there was some chemical burning in the employees throat and lungs.
