He was in the mechanics shop getting ready to replace the right driver side window

The employee was replacing the driver-side window on a mixer. He was using a step ladder properly to remove the glass. When he removed the glass and had it in his hands and went to step down off the ladder he fell to the ground and twisted his knee. Later we found out he tore his meniscus.
