Employee went to help out our contractor that delivers our soft drinks and water in the tombstone briefing room employee decided to take half of case of water back to her desk and instead of walking around the table where there were no obstructions employee decided to climb over the contractors [REDACTED] that was in the middle between the table and the wall upon trying to lift her foot over the dolly her heel got caught on the dolly and caused her to fall forward with the water she was holding running into the wall and causing excessive injuries.
