What happened
Employee was cutting rebar that position incorrectly on saw horses. The saw horses were positioned in a manner that caused cut point to be administered in between the horses creating a pinch point. When bar pinched blade employee stopped saw to adjust guard. While adjusting guard employee inadvertently activated trigger kicking saw back.
