Manually cleaning sliding sliding strainer.

While manually cleaning strainers in the AjiPro-L process a ball valve rotated out of the drainpipe so that the lower discharge of would be cleaned. The ball valve was exposed and the employee placed his hand on the open flange and subsequently had his finger in the pinch point as the valve actuated and rotated the ball which impaced the tip of the proximal finger.
