At that time a sit-down forklift was transporting double-stacked pallets in the staging area going in the same direction as the pallet rider. The double-stacked pallets blocked the view resulting in a collision. Subsequently the top pallet shifted forward hitting the pallet rider on his right shoulder and forearm.
