What happened
Incident occurred between IW and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). Facts are that [REDACTED] hosted a function giving gift bags to [REDACTED]s in recognition of [REDACTED] week. After giving instructions not to exchange items from the bags IW decided to exchange a baggy-eye lotion for a lip balm. As a result [REDACTED] pulled the bag away from IW at which time IW claimed that the acrylic nail on her left ring finger got lifted causing her moderate pain. Statements were collected from all witnesses including both primaries.
